报告人简介:

曹炜,闽南师范大学教授。1992-1997年在北京大学概率统计系本科学习,2002-2007年在四川大学数学学院信息安全专业硕博连读,获理学博士学位。主要研究兴趣为:数论、有限域及其应用。已发表学术论文50余篇,主持或完成中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金(三项),宁波市自然科学基金(四项)等科研项目。先后入选宁波市领军和拔尖人才、浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、闽江学者特聘教授。

 

报告摘要:

Let F be the finite field of q elements, and K its extension of degree n. A normal basis of K over F is a basis of the form {σ^i(a):i=0,,n-1} where σ denotes the Frobenius automorphism of K over F and aK. Normal bases over finite fields have proved very useful for fast arithmetic computations with potential applications to coding theory and to cryptography. In this talk, we introduce how to use the combinatorial as well as algebraic approaches to deal with some enumeration problems relating to normal bases in finite fields.
